With theatres to open soon ,fans have many movies to look forward to.
One among them, is ‘Oh Manapenne’, a romantic comedy will be
released soon, with Harish Kalyan in the lead role.The first look poster
and title was revealed by Vijay Deverakonda, who played the lead in the
Telugu version and director Tharun Bhascker Dhaassyam.
The film is a remake of the Telugu movie, Pelli Choopulu, which was a
mega hit in 2016. The new remake will be starring Harish Kalyan and
Priya Bhavani Shankar.
In his tweet, Vijay Deverakonda congratulated the entire team and said
that, the Telugu version ‘Pelli Choopulu’ was very special to him and it
brought back fond memories and hoped it would be the same for the
entire team of Oh Manapenne as well.
The movie is being directed by debut director Kaarthikk Sundar. The
directer in his twitter post ,said he was ecstatic to begin his directorial
debut with Harish Kalyan. The music for the film will be scored by Vishal
Chandrasekhar.
