Kareena Kapoor reveals her summer diet!

When it comes to fitness, Kareena Kapoor Khan has set a standard for herself when it comes to fitness. Be it size zero or post pregnancy work out, Kareena has stood out.

Now, in a recent chat with her dietitian, Kareena revealed her summer secrets to being fit. Kareena mentioned that she loves eating mangoes in summers. However, she knows to stop at one and doesn’t have more than that. Kareena even busted the misconception that rice leads to weight gain. Bebo mentioned that she likes rice and it also helped her to lose a lot of weight. In fact, she also revealed that khichdi is what she considers to be her comfort food.

Kareena said, “That’s a lot of hard work and dedication towards food, gym and having a consistent plan. People thought I did it very fast but actually, I did it in an entire year, which was very normal.” Kareena went on to reveal the food items which are a part of her summer diet. She mentioned Kokum Sharbat, lemon water, curd rice and mangoes are what she likes to relish in the scorching heat. Besides all this, the Bajrangi Bhaijaan star also mentioned that she sleeps in the afternoon and that helps her to feel fitter.
