
Ingredients
1. Boiled corn -1 cup
2. Boiled potato – 2 (mashed)
3. Onion -1 (chopped)
4. Capsicum – 3 tbsp
5. Green chilli – 2
6. Ginger paste – 1/2 tsp
7. Chilli powder -1 tsp
8. Turmeric -1/4 tsp
9. Garam masala -1/2 tsp
10. Besan flour – 2 tsp
11. Corn flour – 2 tsp
12. Bread crumbs – 1/4 cup
13. Salt – to taste
14. Oil – for frying
Method
1. In a mixie jar, add the boiled corn and blend coarsely.
2. Take a bowl, add the coarse corn, and add all the above ingredients.
3. Mix well.
4. Roll them into desired shapes.
5. In a deep bottom pan, pour the oil and heat it on medium flame.
6. Fry the cutlets until golden brown.
7. Serve hot
