
Ingredients
Apple -1 peeled and chopped
Oats – 2 tbsp
Milk – 3/4 -1 cup (chilled)
Dates – 3 (soak it in a little milk if required)
Honey – 2 tsp if needed
Method
Cook oats in half cup of water stirring occasionally until thick. Leave it to cool.
Add the cooked oats, chopped apples, milk, dates, honey in a blender and blend
until smooth.
Pour it into a glass and serve chilled.
