The West Indies cricketer Brian Lara is hospitalized after suffering discomfort in his chest.
The former cricketer was taken to Global Hospital in Parel on Tuesday afternoon.
Brian Lara was a part of cricketing commentary for the World Cup and he is currently in Mumbai for an event where he complained about discomfort in his heart and was immediately taken to the nearby hospital.
The hospital authorities are yet to comment on his condition, though the treatment was started immediately. The doctors are currently examining his condition and the hospital to issue an official statement soon.
