IND v AUS, 4th Test: Ashwin, Ishant to miss

BCCI announced the 13-man squad for the fourth Test of the Indian tour of Australia. The visitors who lead the series 2-1 needs just a draw to win the series.

Though BCCI initially announced Ashwin in the squad, he was declared unfit as he failed to recover from the injury he picked up during the second Test.

Ishant Sharma has been ruled out of the Test due to the trouble he felt in the rib cage.

KL Rahul, who was dropped after poor performances, makes it to the 13-man squad once again. Hanuma Vihari who opened the innings in the third Test is all set to play in at number six in the place of Rohit Sharma who is back to India after the birth of his first child.

India will take on Australia for the fourth and final Test in Sydney on 3rd January.
