Puducherry to ban single-use plastic from March 1

Puducherry will ban the usage of plastic from March 1 2019, says CM V Narayanasamy.

The CM announced the news on Sunday to the ANI. This move will keep the environment clean.

It was Mumbai followed by Chennai now it is Puducherry. The ban includes the usage of plastic straws, spoons, thermocol items etc..
