TRP is the word that rules the Television. It is nothing but the Television Rating Point. It tells about the number of minutes a user watches a particular channel on an average. Normally there’s a small meter box attached to the television to know about the channels watched and there is a team which evaluate things.
Whenever there’s a new premier, this rating will be useful to judge the popularity of the movie.
During Sarkar’s premier, the TRP was 16.9 which was 0.1 points lesser than Vijay Antony’s Pichaikaran premier. While comparing the entire ratings, Rajamouli’s Bahubali had the highest ratings of all time.
