After fourteen years of togetherness, Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan called it quits to their marriage. Though there were a lot of fan theories to their divorce, the couple has been friends even now and for sure are parents to their kids- Hrehaan and Hridaan.
Sussanne is not often seen interacting with the media but she recently did and talked about her personal life. The entrepreneur was present on a TV show where she opened up a bit more on life with kids and without Hrithik.
Sussanne revealed that even though the marriage isn’t there, Hrithik continues to be her close friend and someone she can count upon at any point in life. She called the actor her ‘biggest support system’. Sussanne said that being a working mom makes things little difficult for her when it comes to balancing life but with Hrithik by her side, things seem easy. Sussanne said, “I have a support system in Hrithik. It’s not a marriage, but we are friends. That zone is so sacred to me, it doesn’t make me feel sad or lonely.”
The owner of the luxury interior decoration label The Charcoal Project, Sussanne also mentioned how her kids take inspiration from their parents who are both working. She said that she finds her ‘energy’ from her kids who are ‘go-getters’ and know how to ‘organise things’ on their own. The 40-year-old woman added that her kids are like her ‘vitamin’ who keep her motivated and make her work harder. She said, “There’s this energy I get from these two kids. Being a single mom, it’s important to be on top of things and show them the balance of work and being at home.”
Sussanne has also stood by Hrithik’s side when there was a clash between Hrithik and Kangana. She even tweeted:
