Actress Priya Varrier shot to fame with the ‘Wink’ in the movie ‘Oru Adhaar Love’ and became an overnight sensation. She was one of the most Googled people on that year’s list. Though the movie didn’t do well, Priya Varrier went on to sign a few more movies. The actress has shared a good bonding with her co-star Abdul. While the rumours started circulating about the couple, Priya Varrier trashed it all in a recent interview.
In the interview, the actress opened up about her equation with Abdul. She said, “It’s natural that when you act for the first time in a film, you would share a certain rapport with your co-star, who is also a first timer and of the same age. It makes both of us comfortable and learns from our mistakes, without being stressed about our performances.”
When asked about link-up rumours and how they are the famous and in-demand couple, Priya said, “Rumours are after all rumours and it will fade out once the reality sets in.” She further added, “Yes, I agree that we were a much-in-demand pair. But it was more onscreen, and the film itself relied on our pairing for the attention and hype it created. Rumours are a part and parcel of my profession. I do my job with complete sincerity and dedication, and I leave the rest to the audiences.”
